I am just so happy. When they called it and I heard Barack Obama's speech I started to cry. This is the first time in my life I have really had faith in the President of our country. I have so much faith in what he represents and what he wants to do. I am so proud of him. THe next four years will be amazing.

Ditto, Jacko, if your old Aunt MaryAnn is allowed to use nicknames. I am so, so happy and no longer care about proposition 8 (did it fail? pass? drop into oblivion?)
er didn't you vote for Hillary?

SALT LAKE CITY -- In the wake of a sometimes bitter, and ultimately successful, campaign to ban same-sex marriage in California, leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are calling for civility and kindness from those on both sides of the issue.
Salt Lake City-based church elder L. Whitney Clayton says the church is genuinely concerned about the emotional divide created by the gay marriage issue and says he hopes people will treat each other with civility and respect.
the answer is yes... I am annoying.
Dear Treidi, Hillary wasn't on the ballot. Although I have a real fondness for power hungry women (I would like to be one, but have failed thus far), Obama was the better Democratic candidate. On that note, I also kind of liked the way Sarah Palin, in spite of all her mad opinions, could use semi-automatic weapons. It is the same feeling that I have about the probable next Israeli premier who was once a Mossad spy who specialized in seducing opponents.
I neither want to shoot nor bed my enemies, but it's kind of intriguing in other people's biographies.
Mary Ann...Travis was referring to the Primary...
Jack...
I'm glad the election caught your enthusiasm...congrats on working and cheering on a campaign that actually succeeded...it's been awhile for the Democrats.
I'm glad someone's happy about Robin Hood handouts and unbridled socialism. It's the New Deal Volume II.
Also, let's hear it for the most cohesively orchestrated campaign in America's history. All of Mr. Obama's campaign signs and advertisements utilized the same font (Gotham, great choice) nationwide. This has never been done before, and was also unique in the sense that it brought uniformity to his platform as a whole. And no, I do not believe that I am taking typography too far. Postscript: Jack I found you.
